= Hard Boiled Eggs =

 * Place eggs in a pot and cover with 1 inch of water.
 * Bring to a rolling boil and turn off the heat.
 * Let sit for 10-12 minutes depending on how you like the yolks
 * place in ice bath for 15 minutes
