Pizza Sauce

Simple pizza sauce is just enough to cover a batch of dough.

1 can tomato sauce (8 oz.)
1 tsp scoop of tomato paste
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp basil
1/2 tsp salt
Dash of olive oil

Mix with a whisk or spoon. Just enough sauce to cover a batch of pizza dough. The tomato paste is more like a Tablespoon in volume (I simply scoop it with a teaspoon - the kind you stir coffee with).
