Quinoa

Quinoa is great for salads and a variety of dishes. Here's an easy recipe for making Quinoa in advance and storing it in the fridge.

1 & 3/4 cup water
1 cup Quinoa
  1. Rinse Quinoa under water before cooking.
  2. Add quinoa and water to a pan.
  3. Bring to a boil
  4. Cover, reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
  5. Remove from heat, and let sit for 10 minutes
  6. Fluff with a fork.

Store in fridge.
