Baked Sweet Potatoes

This is a very simple recipe that delivers yummy wholesome goodness in the form of soft luscious sweet potatoes. 

Sweet Potatoes
olive oil
sprinkle of oregano
salt and pepper

Heat oven to 350 F
Wash and peel sweet potatoes
cut into servable
put into a bowl, sprinkle with oregano, salt and pepper
drizzle with olive oil, and toss to coat pieces
place into baking dish
cook 1 hr at 350 F, or until soft to the prick of a fork
